What is Ascension?

Ascension is the process of resetting your progress in exchange for permanent multipliers that make future runs faster.

What You Keep:

Unlocking Ascension

Ascension is very late-game — don’t expect it on your first few sessions. Requirements:

When to Ascend

Forever Purchase is one of the most powerful mechanics tied to Ascension. When you step on a button with Forever Purchase active, that button is permanently bought — it survives all future ascensions and never needs to be repurchased.

Priority Order for Forever Purchases

The optimal order based on the community’s findings:

1. 42x Global Cash upgrade — single biggest permanent multiplier, always first
2. 16x Global Cash upgrade (first one) — second best
3. 16x Global Cash upgrade (second one) — third
4. Lemon X income source or its manager — strong late-game income
5. After these: consider Global Speed upgrades before more income sources

The logic: global cash multipliers benefit every income source simultaneously, so they compound faster than single-source upgrades.

How to Use Forever Purchase

1. Unlock Forever Purchase as an Ascension reward
2. Step on the button you want to permanently own
3. The button is now locked in — never costs cash again after ascending

What NOT to Forever Purchase First

Avoid using early Forever Purchases on cheap buttons or decorations. Those are easy to rebuy each run. Save the mechanic for the most expensive, highest-impact upgrades.
